Shipping & Returns
Each product we offer is custom made specifically for you. Our production process begins once you've placed your order. All products are generally delivered within 6-10 business days from the purchase date. Once your artwork is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email for your convenience.
For international shipping, please note that delivery might take longer. In the rare event that Customs requires clearance, customers are responsible for any applicable tariffs and duties. Epic size framed prints are available for shipping domestically (US) and to Canada only. For shipping outside the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, please get in touch to create an order and receive delivery options.
Every piece of art sold by Gallery Canyons is “made to order,” produced only after your order is placed. Accordingly, Gallery Canyons does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.
In the rare instance of an order arriving damaged, please reach out to us promptly at hello@gallerycanyons so that we can assist you. Please attach pictures of the damaged art and the packaging that it came in with a clear view of the label.
