Shipping policy

All of our products are custom made specifically for you. Production begins once your order is placed. All products are generally delivered within 6-10 business days from time of purchase. Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International shipping might take longer. In the rare occasion Customs needs to get in touch for clearance, customers are responsible for all tariffs and duties that need to be paid. Epic size framed prints ship domestically (US) and to Canada only.

Every piece of art sold by Gallery Canyons is “made to order,” which means it is manufactured only after you have placed your order. Accordingly, Gallery Canyons does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders.

To request to cancel or change an order please contact us immediately. Once production begins we are unable to cancel or change the order.

On rare occasions, an order may be damaged during shipping. If your artwork arrived damaged please email us as soon as possible at hello@gallerycanyons so we can help. Please include pictures of the damaged art and the packaging that it came in with a clear view of the label.
