HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ONCE IT SHIPS?

All of our products are custom made specifically for you. Production begins once your order is placed. All products are typically delivered within 6-10 business days from the purchase date. Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. International shipping times may vary and could take longer.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR NOT AT ALL?

If your order arrives damaged or has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please email us as soon as possible at hello@gallerycanyons so we can help. If your print is damaged during transit, please include pictures of both the damaged art and the packaging, ensuring a clear view of the label.

 

WHAT PAPER DO YOU USE AND WHAT ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE FROM?

All of our artworks are printed on heavy matte high-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag paper. Our frames are ready to hang, and are made out of solid wood in black, white and natural oak finish with a 2" mat board or available with a full bleed option. Each print is produced and assembled in the US, utilizing optical-grade acrylic for an impeccable presentation.

 

CAN I FRAME THE PRINT MYSELF?

Yes, you have the option to frame the print yourself. Just choose the no frame option (print only) when you're adding the print to your cart.
